admissions policies
The best way to learn about life at Trinity Christian Academy is to walk the halls, see the facilities, speak to students and faculty, as well as experience the incredible atmosphere here on campus. Attending our Wednesday chapel service is highly recommended as it allows you to experience the entire TCA community as they come together in worship.
Your personal tour will be the first step in the application process. Schedule a tour of our campus by calling 903-785-9557. Once we have had a chance to connect with you we will schedule your visit for a personal tour of the campus to learn more about your family and our community.
Upon completion of your campus visit and admissions interview, you will be invited to begin the application process and track your checklist for needed application items such as birth certificates, report cards and transcripts. During the application process you will also be asked to submit discipline and attendance records.
Once your application is complete and paperwork has been received, our administration will review and make a decision regarding acceptance. You will be contacted with the decision and, if accepted, may begin classes the next day.
It is the desire of Trinity Christian Academy to partner with students and their families who seek a school that encourages academic excellence, spiritual growth and active involvement in clubs, organizations and extracurricular programs.
The robust curriculum and wide variety of programs at TCA make it possible to further our mission in the life of your child. Trinity Christian Academy exists to raise up godly leaders who will make a difference in the world around them. Private tuition dollars rather than government funding allow us to infuse a biblical worldview in every facet of our student programs.
Notice of Non Discriminatory Policy to Students
It has always been the policy of TCA to maintain a school environment free from unlawful discrimination and to conduct its educational practices, admissions programs, financial aid policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletics, and other school-sponsored programs, as well as its employment practices, on the basis of an individual's qualifications and abilities without regard to race, color, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, disability, or any other protected characteristic as established by federal, state, and local law, unless a particular status protected by such law contradicts the deeply held religious convictions of TCA. This non-discrimination policy applies to those who seek to join the TCA community in any capacity or to those who interact with TCA, including citizens, parents, and vendors.
